From the George Washington Bridge:

• Follow signs for Route 4 WEST, [about 1/2 mile after exiting the bridge]; proceed on Route 4 West [8 miles].
• Stay right and continue to Route 208 NORTH [8 miles] to the SUMMIT Avenue exit (Franklin Lakes).
• Turn LEFT at the STOP sign [end of the exit ramp]; proceed [about 1/4 mile] through the traffic light, crossing Franklin Avenue where Summit Avenue becomes OLD MILL Road.
• Continue [8/10ths of a mile] to a bend in the road where the Medco/Western World sign 100-600 Parsons Pond Drive is on the RIGHT. (See "From OLD MILL ROAD" below.)

From the Lincoln Tunnel:

• Follow Route 3 WEST [about 4 miles]; Exit onto Route 17 NORTH; proceed on Route 17 North [about 8 miles]; Exit onto Route 4 WEST; Stay right [about 1 mile] and continue onto Route 208 NORTH.
• Follow directions "From the GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE" at "Route 208 NORTH [8 miles]..."

From the New Jersey Turnpike North:

• Proceed to the end of the TURNPIKE and continue to Route 80 WEST Local Lanes [Hackensack-Paterson]. [About 3 miles]; EXIT at 64A Route 17 NORTH [Rochelle Park-Paramus]; proceed [about 2 miles]; Exit onto Route 4 WEST.
• Stay right on Route 4 WEST [1 mile] and continue onto Route 208 NORTH.
• Follow directions "From the GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE" at "Route 208 NORTH [8 miles]..."

From the Garden State Parkway North:

• Follow the Garden State Parkway NORTH; EXIT 160 and follow signs to Route 4 WEST/Route 208 NORTH.
• Proceed on Route 4 WEST; staying right and continue onto Route 208 NORTH.
• Follow directions "From the GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE" at "Route 208 NORTH [8 miles]... "

From the Newark Airport - EWR:

• Exit the airport and follow signs to the New Jersey Turnpike NORTH.
• Follow directions "From the New Jersey Turnpike NORTH."
• ALTERNATE ROUTE: Exit the airport and follow signs to Route 78 WEST. Stay in the local lanes and proceed [about 8 miles] to the Garden State Parkway NORTH.
• Follow directions "From the GARDEN STATE PARKWAY NORTH."

From the Tappan Zee Bridge / Upstate New York [I-287]:

• Cross the Tappan Zee Bridge and proceed on the New York Thruway NORTH to EXIT 15 (Suffern, New Jersey Route 17 SOUTH).
• Connect with I-287 SOUTH towards Morristown, NJ [about 7 miles] to EXIT 59 (Franklin Lakes - Route 208 SOUTH); continue [about 1 mile] to the SUMMIT Avenue exit. Exit and make an immediate LEFT turn and proceed through the traffic light, crossing Franklin Avenue where Summit Avenue becomes OLD MILL Road.
• Continue [8/10ths of a mile] to a bend in the road - where Medco/Western World 100-600 Parsons Pond Drive is on your Right. (See "From OLD MILL ROAD" below.)

From Old Mill Road, at the Medco/Western World complex entrance:

• Follow the signs to Parking Lot #4 Western World. Visitor parking spaces are marked at the front of the lot. Enter the building via the glass atrium and "buzz" the receptionist for access to the lobby.
• For HANDICAPPED ACCESS (No Stairs): Continue past Parking Lot #4 Western World to the STOP sign. Turn LEFT and proceed to "Handicapped Parking" near the large flagpole. Enter the facility's main lobby and ask Security to notify your Western World contact of your arrival.
• Directions to the MAIN LOADING DOCK: [Open Mon.-Fri., 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM] After entering the complex, make the first LEFT. Proceed [1/10th of a mile] - loading dock is on the RIGHT.

From Old Mill Road, at the Medco/Western World complex entrance:

• Pass the Guard House and continue [4/10ths of a mile] to the second STOP sign. Turn LEFT and go [1/10th of a mile] to Parking Lot #4 Western World on the RIGHT. Visitor parking spaces are marked at the front of the lot. Enter the building via the glass atrium and "buzz" the receptionist for access to the lobby.
• For HANDICAPPED ACCESS (No Stairs): At the second STOP sign, instead of turning LEFT towards Western World, turn RIGHT and proceed to the "Handicapped Parking" area near the large flagpole. Enter the facility's main lobby and ask Security to notify your Western World contact of your arrival.
• Directions to the MAIN LOADING DOCK: [Open Mon. - Fri., 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM] After passing the Guard House, proceed [1/10th of a mile]; make the first RIGHT. Continue [4/10ths of a mile] - to the second loading dock located on the LEFT.
