Health/Dental Care: |
Both Health and Dental insurance premiums are fully paid by the Company for all regular full-time employees and eligible dependents.
- Health Insurance: Medical plans include prescription coverage. A Preferred Provider Organization (PPO).
- Dental Insurance: Dental plans include comprehensive coverage and basic coverage.

Life, Accidental & Death Insurance: |
Insurance coverage is equal to three times employee’s annual salary to a maximum coverage of $500,000.

Short & Long Term Disability Coverage: |
These plans are designed to maintain employees full or partial income during periods of disability. |

Savings, Investment & Retirement: |
Western World Insurance Group Retirement and Savings Plan
- Eligibility: First pay period after hire date.
- Vesting: Three years of service is required on employer contributions only.
- Roll-in: New employees may roll-over pre-tax dollars from existing qualified plans at any time.
- Company retirement contribution is 8%.
- Voluntary employee contribution is 0-50%.
- Company match is 50% of first 4%.

Pre-Tax Flexible Spending Accounts: |
There are two Flexible Spending Accounts:
- Pre-Tax Health Care Flexible Spending Account: Enables employees to use pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible health expenses.
- Pre-Tax Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account: Enables employees to use pre-tax dollars to pay for certain expenses related to caring for dependent children, parents or other family members.

- Educational Assistance: To support the employee's development, Western World provides up to 100% reimbursement for approved educational expenses.
- On-Site Testing & Training Facility: Employees find our on-site training and testing facility convenient in helping the employee focus on their professional development.
- E-Train: Web-based training allows employees to take classes on-line to further their professional development at home or at work during employee non-work hours.

- Award Program:
- Professional Designation Awards.
- Recognition to dedicated employees after specified periods of continuous employment.
- Talent Search: Offer financial rewards to employees for referrals of individuals who are subsequently hired for full-time or part-time, regular employment.
- Perfect Attendance Award Program: Employees who have perfect attendance for an entire calendar year will be awarded two paid bonus days to be used the following year and a $500 U.S. Savings Bond.
